With more than 40 offices worldwide, the group has over 3,000 employees across Europe, Asia and the Americas.\nFor more information visit https://www.marex.com/\nRole Summary\nThe Junior Project Manager supports the successful implementation of business change projects across the Clearing business.\nThe role supports the coordination of project implementation from start to finish - and acts as the single point of coordination for smaller projects and defined workstreams - partnering with the business throughout to ensure sustainable handover to business-as-usual (BAU) at project close.\nThe Junior Project Manager is a hands-on organiser and doer, who is both:\nAn organiser, who helps ensure there is a plan, that it is deliverable, and that it gets done to expected timescales; and\nA practical facilitator, who helps make change happen and make change stick - who partners with people to adapt their everyday work.\nResponsibilities\nAs a Junior Project Manager you will be asked to support one or multiple projects at a time, as allocated by the Change Management Office, working with the guidance of senior project managers and taking end-to-end ownership of smaller projects and workstreams\nFor each allocated project:\nProject Manage delivery to achieve completion as quickly and effectively as possible, with accountability to:\nDevelop the project plan - identify, scope and schedule project deliverablesDrive progress to plan (time, cost and quality) through active monitoring, adjustment, communication and escalation:\nRun status reviews and working groups / steering groups as required;\nControl changes to the plan;\nManage dependencies, risks, costs and resources;\nIdentify and resolve issues, including by escalating issues to the right people and tracking follow-up;
