You will act as the central coordinator for office moves, seating allocation, and workspace operations, ensuring that business requirements are translated into practical and effective workplace solutions.\nWorking closely with IT, Facilities, Design, and business stakeholders, the role focuses on execution, accuracy, and consistency across all locations, while supporting the Portfolio & Planning Manager with lease-related activities and data inputs.\n\nDescription of Department\nMarex has unique access across markets with significant share globally both on and off exchange. The depth of knowledge amongst its teams and divisions provides its customers with clear advantage, and its technology-led service provides access to all major exchanges, order-flow management via screen, voice and DMA, plus award-winning data, insights and analytics\nReal Estate and Workplace, together with the Suppliers and Procurement Department has close ties with all the businesses and IT to ensure that Marex sources the right goods, services and data and maintains controls and permissions around distribution and apportions costs.\nOverall Responsibilities:\nSpace Planning, Seating & Office Moves\nLead and coordinate all office moves, restacks, and seating changes across global offices\nDevelop and maintain detailed move plans, trackers, and schedules\nManage internal moves\nOversee seat allocation and zoning, ensuring alignment with business structures\nMaintain accurate seating plans and manage allocation changes\nAct as the primary contact for space-related requests (moves, expansions, reconfigurations)\nConduct pre- and post-move validations to ensure readiness and accuracy\nTroubleshoot and resolve issues during move execution\nCoordinate with IT, Facilities, and vendors to ensure seamless delivery\nCondeco Platform Ownership\nOwn and manage the Condeco desk booking platform globally\nEnsure accurate configuration of all offices (locations, desks, attributes, floorplans)\nMaintain seat allocation models (hot desks, permanent desks, team zones)\nEnsure alignment between physical seating and system configuration\nSupport onboarding of new offices onto the platform\nDrive user adoption and continuous optimisation\nSupport rollout of Condeco and workplace standards across offices and acquisitions\nMaintain consistency in:\nspace planning approaches\nfloorplan standards\nworkplace data quality\n\nEnsure alignment across EMEA, APAC, and Americas\nFloorplan, Workspace Configuration & Data Accuracy\nMaintain accurate, standardised floorplans across all offices\nQuarterly space MN audits\nPOC for all regional and country head of the REW\nCoordinate with Design teams for creation and updates of layouts\nTranslate business requirements into detailed layout instructions\nMaintain workspace configuration data (desk types, equipment, attributes)\nEnsure consistency in desk numbering, zoning, and allocation structures\nConduct audits to ensure alignment between physical layouts and system data\nMaintain version-controlled floorplans and documentation\nCoordination with IT, Facilities & Design\nPartner with IT on infrastructure requirements (network, AV, trading desks)\nCoordinate with Facilities teams on layout changes and physical workspace updates\nWork with Design teams to standardise and implement layouts\nAct as central coordination point for workplace delivery activities\nEngage with business stakeholders to understand and deliver seating requirements\nEscalate complex capacity or allocation constraints to the Portfolio & Planning Manager\nOthers:\nFT Subscription manager - Monthly basis\nCoordination of insurance certificates with global/regional REW team\nManage and analyse REW’s ‘help’ service portal.
