Poszukujemy Data Scientist, który nie tylko świetnie buduje modele, ale przede wszystkim rozumie biznes i potrafi przekładać dane na realne rozwiązania. W tej roli będziesz odpowiedzialny/-a za:

  • Tworzenie i rozwój modeli analitycznych dla obszarów: process mining, churn analysis, fraud prevention, NLP
  • Identyfikowanie, pozyskiwanie i przygotowanie danych - zarówno wewnętrznych, jak i zewnętrznych
  • Ścisłą współpracę z interesariuszami biznesowymi: zbieranie wymagań, budowanie wizji produktu, angażowanie partnerów w realizację projektu
  • Wdrażanie gotowych rozwiązań i współtworzenie strategii rozwoju produktów analitycznych

Promujemy podejścia „T-shaped Data Scientist” - łączenia głębokiej wiedzy eksperckiej z szerokim spojrzeniem produktowym i inżynierskim

Nasze oczekiwania

Must have:

  • Bardzo dobra znajomość uczenia maszynowego i statystyki
  • Praktyczna znajomość SQL oraz Python (numpy, scipy, pandas, matplotlib, scikit-learn i inne popularne biblioteki)
  • Umiejętność definiowania problemów biznesowych i przekładania ich na rozwiązania analityczne
  • Umiejętność komunikacji i współpracy z partnerami biznesowymi

Mile widziane:

  • Doświadczenie w pracy z Java/Scala
  • Znajomość Hadoop i Apache Spark
  • Podstawowe umiejętności z obszaru DevOps / administracji Linux
  • Zainteresowanie branżą bankową i finansową
