The program aims to industrialize and centralize tax operations across Custody, Fund Accounting, and Transfer Agency-replacing manual, fragmented processes with a standardized, automated, and scalable operational model.\nWe are recruiting for two distinct profiles:\nProfile 1 (Tax Data & Master Data Management Focus): Owns the creation of the Single Source of Truth for all tax references across lines of business. Industrializes tax data via a Gold Source Model to eliminate bespoke exceptions and enable automated workflows and self-service reporting.\n\nProfile 2 (Target Operating Model & Consulting Focus): Designs and rolls out the Tax Operating Model Blueprint. Transitions operational teams to industrialized standards by defining daily procedures, controls, KPIs, SLAs, and client-facing delivery frameworks.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nLead assigned program streams to meet target milestones, including vendor RFIs, platform rollouts, and regulatory readiness initiatives (e.g., US QI declarations and reclaims).\n\nDrive cross-business alignment across Custody, Fund Accounting, and Transfer Agency stakeholders.\n\nApply Agile methodologies to ensure continuous value delivery throughout the project lifecycle.\n\nEstablish, monitor, and report on key program metrics and KPIs to senior management.\n\nEmbed subject-matter governance, standardized controls, and data management into daily operations.\n\nExperience & Background\nTotal Experience: 8+ years of professional experience in project management.\n\nFinancial Services: 3+ years in Banking or Financial Services (Securities Services / Asset Servicing experience is a strong plus).\n\nConsulting Experience: Background in advisory/consulting is required for Profile 2 (TOM focus).\n\nDomain & Technical Knowledge\nProfile 1: Expertise in Tax/Regulatory operational requirements and Master Data Management (MDM).\n\nProfile 2: Strong background in Target Operating Model (TOM) design, process mapping, SLA definition, and operational change.\n\nCertifications: PMI, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications are a plus.\n\nTools: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Word).\n\nSoft Skills & Languages\nLanguages: Fluent English (C1+ required, written and spoken).
