This senior-level role focuses on high-quality sample preparation and the execution of routine analytical testing. The ideal candidate is a disciplined scientist who prioritizes laboratory safety, is interested in hands-on analytical jobs, and possesses a foundational understanding of spectroscopic instrumentation and other chemical analysis equipment.\nKey Responsibilities:\nSafety & Compliance: Strictly adhere to all SOPs, chemical hygiene plans, and PPE requirements to maintain a safe working environment.\n\nLab Maintenance: willing to maintain a clean and organized workspace; manage chemical inventory and waste disposal according to regulatory standards.\n\nSample Preparation: Perform precise preparation of various sample matrices, including weighing, digestion, dilution, and filtration, ensuring zero cross-contamination.\n\nInstrument Operation: Assist in the operation, calibration, and basic troubleshooting of analytical equipment.\n\nData Management: Accurately record experimental observations and raw data into Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) or lab notebooks.\n\nRequired Qualifications:\nAn associate/Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a closely related scientific field.\n\nDemonstrated proficiency in wet chemistry techniques (pipetting, titration, acid digestion).\n\nFamiliarity with the principles of analytical instrumentation.\n\nHands-on experience or academic exposure to Titration, Flame AA, ICP-OES/MS, or XRF is desirable.\n\nKnowledge of EPA, ISO, or GLP/GMP standards.\n\nSoft Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent time management, and a commitment to collaborative teamwork, and willing to learn new skills.\n\nOur culture is built on four principles:\nEveryone Gets Home Safe.
