Join early and you’ll learn from experienced techs, see how a modern operation comes together, and build a career with a company that’s just getting started.\nProgram details are still coming together, but we’re connecting early with people who want to help build this team.\nWhat You Could Learn\nMechanical maintenance: pumps, conveyors, crushers, hydraulics, and heavy equipment\n\nElectrical maintenance: motors, controls, VFDs, and instrumentation\n\nPreventive maintenance and real-time troubleshooting across the mine and processing plant\n\nMine site safety, including MSHA training, lockout/tagout, arc flash (NFPA 70E), rigging, confined space, and working at heights\n\nWho Should Apply\nStudents in electrical, mechanical, or industrial maintenance programs, and recent trade school or technical program grads\n\nWelders, fabricators, heavy equipment operators, drillers, or facilities techs with a stable work history who want to build maintenance skills\n\nExperienced mechanics, electricians, or military-trained techs looking to move into mining\n\nComfortable with hand and power tools (experience helps but isn’t required for students)\n\nWhat Makes You a Fit\nYou never cut corners to save time.
