This is a great fit for someone who loves the full recruiting cycle, builds trust quickly with leaders, and wants to help shape how a company hires.\nWhat You'll Do\nOwn full-cycle recruiting for G&A and corporate roles, from intake through offer close\n\nPartner with hiring managers and executives to define role requirements, hiring plans, and interview processes\n\nBuild creative sourcing strategies for both active and passive candidates across finance, legal, HR, operations, procurement, and other functions\n\nRun personalized, thoughtful outreach that reflects our mission and stage\n\nManage multiple searches at once while keeping a high quality bar\n\nCoach interviewers and hiring managers on structured interviewing, calibration, and debriefs\n\nLead compensation conversations, close candidates, and manage competing offers\n\nKeep Ashby clean and current, and track pipeline health, time to fill, and other key metrics\n\nShare market insights on compensation, talent availability, and competitor activity\n\nHelp build and improve recruiting processes, templates, and playbooks as we scale\n\nRepresent Mariana Minerals with a warm, engaging, and transparent candidate experience\n\nBuild diverse, high-quality pipelines across experience levels\n\nOpportunity to help build our early-career and university recruiting efforts, including internships and new grad hiring, as we grow\n\nDesired Qualifications\n5-8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with meaningful G&A or corporate recruiting in a high-growth startup or technology company\n\nExperience recruiting across a range of functions (finance, legal, people, operations, sales, marketing)\n\nProven ability to partner with senior leaders and executives\n\nStrong sourcing skills, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and passive candidate outreachExperience building recruiting processes or playbooks from scratch\n\nExperience hiring for early-stage finance, legal, or people teams\n\nFamiliarity with seed-to-Series B recruiting environments\n\nExpert in ATS tools (preference for Ashby)\n\nStrong written communication and personalized outreach skills\n\nStrong closing and negotiation skills\n\nData-driven approach to pipeline management\n\nHigh ownership mindset and comfort with ambiguity\n\nPassion for building exceptional teams and creating outstanding candidate experiences\n\nNice to Have\nExperience with campus or early-career recruiting\n\nExperience in industrial, hardware, energy, mining, or deep tech companies\n\nOur culture is built on four principles:\nEveryone Gets Home Safe.
