The specialist must resolve and escalate issues professionally and communicate effectively with all ITD teams.\nThe position requires adaptability, resilience, and a positive approach to shifting priorities. Success depends on strong interpersonal skills, professionalism, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment. Building trust with approximately 30 ITD team members and over 1,000 users is essential.\nThis position requires the use of personal or County vehicles for County business. Candidates must possess a valid driver's license, maintain an acceptable driving record, and be physically capable of safely operating vehicles. The use of personal vehicles for County business is contingent upon authorization and adequate personal insurance coverage.
