general ship supplies.\n\nKey responsibilities\n\nRecording and monitoring company expenses, invoices and supporting documents.\n\nSupporting day-to-day accounting and administrative activities.\n\nMonitoring warehouse stock movements, receipts and deliveries.\n\nMaintaining accurate records and performing basic reconciliations.\n\nCoordinating with suppliers and internal departments.\n\nSupporting the accounting and warehouse functions as required.\n\nQualifications\n\nDegree, diploma or relevant studies in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field.\n\nGood knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel.\n\nGood organizational skills and attention to detail.\n\nAbility to work accurately and meet deadlines.\n\nGood communication
