Serving as the primary point of contact for all facilities-related needs, this role delivers exceptional customer service through a centralized, call-center-style support model. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter, highly organized, and skilled in managing complex facilities operations at scale, with strong communication and operational discipline.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities:\nHeadquarters Facilities Management (Kansas City):\nOversee all day-to-day operations of the headquarters facility, including maintenance, repairs, janitorial services, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, furniture, and space management.\n\nMaintain standards for breakrooms, conference rooms, storage areas, and common spaces.\n\nCoordinate and manage vendor relationships and performance.\n\nEnsure a clean, safe, well-maintained, and professional work environment.\n\nProvide support for internal meetings, events, and executive needs as necessary.\n\nManage facilities-related budgets, invoices, and service contracts.\n\nNational Facilities Management Program:\nDesign and implement a centralized facilities management program for 100+ field offices nationwide.\n\nServe as the main remote facilities support contact (\"call center\" model) for all office locations.\n\nEstablish and oversee standardized service delivery processes, preventative maintenance programs, response times, service level expectations, and vendor standards and scopes of work.\n\nAdminister the facilities ticketing/work order system to ensure timely resolution of issues.\n\nFacilitate coordination with landlords, property managers, and national service providers.\n\nCentralize facilities support to reduce operational burden on local office staff.\n\nPreferred Education and Experience:\nRequired Qualifications:\n5+ years of experience in facilities management, preferably managing multi-site, national operations\n\nDemonstrated experience in remote facilities management or call center support environments\n\nProven ability to manage vendors and service providers at scale\n\nExceptional customer service orientation with strong communication skills\n\nHighly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven\n\nSelf-starter who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments\n\nSkills:\nExperience supporting professional services, financial services, or corporate office environments\n\nExperience building or scaling a national facilities program\n\nStrong knowledge of lease administration and landlord coordination\n\nBudget management and demonstrated success driving cost-saving initiatives\n\nOwnership mindset with a commitment to follow-through\n\nAbility to remain calm under pressure and provide service-oriented leadership\n\nAbility to think and operate at a national scale while executing locally\n\nWe welcome your interest in being a part of our firm.
