Responsible for coordination of all logistics and assignment of tasks, while providing unparalleled levels of customer service on all programs. Works closely with service partners to meet program objectives/outcomes.What You’ll Be Doing\nServe as the primary client contact for assigned meetings, managing logistics from planning through execution.\n\nCoordinate and guide clients through the event planning process, ensuring timely and accurate communication of all details.\n\nManage a large volume of small to medium-complex meetings while maintaining quality and attention to detail.\n\nCommunicate meeting logistics and task assignments using internal systems and established processes.\n\nCoordinate and attend site inspections as needed to support successful event delivery.\n\nCollaborate closely with internal service partners including Catering, Facilities, Technology & AV, Executive Production, Security, Transportation, Janitorial, and third-party suppliers.\n\nMaintain proactive, positive communication with clients to ensure clarity of expectations and overall satisfaction.\n\nWhat You’ll Bring\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (Hospitality or related field preferred).\n\n2-4 years of experience in event or meeting management, hotel catering, convention services, or related fields.\n\nDemonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities effectively.\n\nProven experience building and maintaining strong client relationships.\n\nStrong verbal and written communication skills with a professional presentation style.\n\nProficiency in G Suite and Microsoft Office tools, with the ability to learn new technologies quickly.\n\nAbility to thrive in an agile, continuously changing environment.\n\nNice To Have\nExperience with budget maintenance or financial tracking.\n\nPrior exposure to large-volume or multi-meeting program management.\n\nWorking Logistics & Things You Should Know\nThis is an Onsite role supporting meetings at the client’s Mountain View, CA campus.\n\nThe total compensation range for this position is $65,000-$75,000, determined based on experience and qualifications.
