Manages meetings and events through the implementation of strategy, delivery of objectives and execution of logistics, while effectively working with clients. Responsible for coordination of all program planning, while providing unparalleled levels of customer service on all events. Works closely with clients to understand and meet program objectives/outcomeWhat You’ll Be Doing\nSupport the client Product Area with planning, strategy, and delivery of their annual event calendar, including event design, budgeting, content development, and production needs.\n\nServe as the Product Area Brand Ambassador for events; lead and participate in Product Area meetings as required.\n\nExecute large-scale, high-complexity, executive-level events (2,500+ attendees).\n\nLead the New Hire Series, overseeing structure, design, content, communication strategy, and management of third-party vendors, catering, production, and onsite execution.\n\nServe as the primary point-of-contact for event hosts, providing consultative planning support throughout the event lifecycle.\n\nWork closely with service partners (Catering, Facilities, Technology & AV, Executive Production, Security, Transportation, Janitorial) to deliver high-quality event services.\n\nOutline deliverables, complete project timelines, event workbooks, and communication plans while ensuring accurate and timely execution of all event details.\n\nCoordinate and attend site inspections; maintain proactive, positive communication with clients, hosting regular planning and status meetings.\n\nTrack communication, updates, and changes within the event management system.\n\nPartner with Onsite Event Specialists by providing clear direction and reviewing event logistics to ensure objectives are met or exceeded.\n\nSchedule and lead pre-con meetings for all events; manage meeting room calendars and audit Executive Business Center spaces to ensure readiness.\n\nOversee event team storage, inventory, swag, and event supply management.\n\nWhat You’ll Bring\nBachelor’s degree required.\n\n4-6 years of experience in meeting/event planning (corporate, association, incentives, convention services, or similar).\n\nStrong knowledge of event/program management, including budgeting and project planning.\n\nDemonstrated success developing and maintaining strong client relationships.\n\nAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment and manage multiple events simultaneously.\n\nProfessional written and verbal communication skills.\n\nStrong computer skills, including G-Suite tools and the ability to learn new technology quickly.\n\nNice To Have\nExperience executing large-scale executive events (2,500+ attendees).\n\nBackground supporting corporate Product Area events or major onboarding programs.\n\nExperience managing event inventory, VIP logistics, or multi-room venue operations.\n\nWorking Logistics & Things You Should Know\nThis is an Onsite/Hybrid role depending on client/venue requirements.\n\nTravel requirements: Minimal, primarily for onsite support as needed.\n\nSalary Range: $90,000 - $110,000\nDISCLAIMER: This job description is designed to indicate the general nature and level of work performed by associates within this classification.
