Works directly with them to develop and adhere to project timeline. Acts as primary liaison for management of support departments per assigned program.What You’ll Be Doing\nManage event operations including hotel blocks, registration, inventory management, and program logistics for large and complex meetings\nProven success managing large-scale National Sales Meetings, HCP programs, and incentive events with significant stakeholder visibility and business impact.\nAbility to serve as a trusted advisor to clients and internal stakeholders, providing strategic guidance throughout the planning and execution process.\nAdvanced proficiency with Cvent, including website development, attendee management, reporting, and event technology solutions.\nDemonstrated success leading cross-functional teams, influencing stakeholders, and driving alignment across multiple workstreams.\nExceptional communication, relationship management, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to independently manage multiple high-priority programs.\nAdvanced proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, and ability to analyze/report data\nAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams\nWhat You’ll Bring\nExtensive experience as a Senior Meeting/Event Manager, preferably within Maritz or a similar environment\nProven expertise managing large, complex programs including National Sales Meetings, HCP meetings, and Incentives\nHands-on experience with Cvent (required), including website builds and reporting\nStrong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines\nAdvanced proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, and ability to analyze/report data\nExcellent communication, organizational, and client service skills\nAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams\nNice To Have\nPrior Maritz experience strongly preferred\nHospitality or event management degree\nExperience supporting onsite event execution\nFamiliarity with program management systems and reporting tools\nExperience mentoring or onboarding newer team members\nWorking Logistics & Things You Should Know\nWork Location: Virtual or based in our Fenton, MO office.\nThis position requires up to 20-30% travel\nTravel is for Operations Site Inspections and On-site Program Execution \nDISCLAIMER: This job description is designed to indicate the general nature and level of work performed by associates within this classification.
