Tests, calibrates, and troubleshoots inline presses and press equipment.\nSchedule is 4x10, Monday - Thursday, off Friday, 1st shift, 30-minute lunch. \nComprehensive compensation and benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision insurance plans, 401K with match, (9) paid holidays, (3) floating holidays, Sick time and much more.\nDUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:\nAssemble electrical and pneumatic components such as switches, relays, terminal blocks, wiring, air gauges, air lines, fitting, etc., into electrical sub-assemblies such as, control panels, printed circuit boards, counters, harnesses, registry boxes, etc.\nAssemble various components per engineering drawings by using schematics, point to point drawings and diagrams.\nInspect components prior to assembly for visual defects and damages.\nRework component if defect or damage is minor.\nInspect and test sub-assemblies, after assembly, for proper electrical and pneumatic operation using test fixtures, where applicable.\nTroubleshoot sub-assemblies using schematics to locate wiring errors or defective components\nAssist engineering department in redesigning and building sub-assemblies for prototype presses\nQualifications/ Skills Required\nKnowledge of circuit components and operation\nAbility to read electrical schematics\nTroubleshoot using schematics\nGeneral knowledge of basic electricity\nAbility to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure.\nEducation/Experience Required\nTechnical associate, High school degree or equivalent\nExperience: 6 months electrical experience or electrical schooling\nWhy Mark Andy:\nWe truly value our employees and their wellbeing!
