You will bring a strong understanding of policing and public safety and the operational realities of the people who use our products, helping us turn complex requirements and workflows into technology that feels intuitive, dependable, and purpose-built. \nYou will own meaningful parts of the Case product lifecycle while also developing fluency across the broader Mark43 platform. You will work closely with customers, Product, Design, Engineering, Delivery, and other teams to take problems from discovery through launch and adoption. \nWhat You’llDo \nIf you were part of our product team, here are some things you might have done last week: \nSpent time with police officers, staff, and other users understanding how an investigation moves from initial reporting through case management and identifying friction that technology can remove. \nWorked with Design and Engineering to turn a complicated operational or policy requirement into a simple, scalable product experience. \nRefined the Case roadmap and backlog using customer feedback, market insights, product strategy, and data. \nDefined the problem, requirements, and success measures for an upcoming capability and worked with your team to move it towards delivery. \nDemonstrated new functionality to a customer and incorporated what you learned into future iterations. \nProvided product and public safety expertise to Sales, Delivery, Customer Success, and other internal teams. \nExplored where AI or new approaches to software development could reduce administrative work, surface useful information, or improve the user experience while maintaining appropriate safeguards. \nJumped into a problem outside of Case to support another UK Product Manager and continue building your understanding of the full Mark43 platform. \nWhat You’llNeed \nWe’re looking for a Product Manager with experience owning complex software products or workflows from discovery through delivery and adoption. Enterprise SaaS experience is valuable, but for this role we are particularly interested in candidates who bring meaningful knowledge of policing, public safety, criminal justice, or adjacent government workflows in the UK. \nYou should be able to translate deep domain knowledge into great product decisions rather than simply recreating existing processes in software. You will need the business, design, and technical acumen to have productive conversations with customers, designers, engineers, and commercial teams. \nExperience with AI-enabled products, software-driven development approaches, or data-intensive products is beneficial. \nPeople who thrive on our team also tend to share the following characteristics: \nHumble, open, and curious. The role will also require regular engagement with customers and teams across the UK.
