We’re always pushing each other to go further because we believe that when we realize our potential, we can help others reach theirs.\n\nJoin us and play your part in something special!\n\nCoordinate implementation of new Auto/Real Estate/Flood accounts in various phases within specified timeframes through the following activities:Essential Functions:\nCoordinate the implementation of new and existing CPI accounts in various phases within specified timeframes through the following activities:\nPlan and lead introductory phone calls to accounts after sale complete.\nCoordinate completion of New Account Paperwork with Account Managers and Sales Reps prior to each Errors & Omissions date, ensuring company standards are met.\nComplete Account Change Requests (ACRs) for program changes through the implementation time period.\nSet up and maintain implementation spreadsheets for each new account. \nCoordinate weekly implementation meetings to provide implementation team with account status and outstanding items. \nAct as liaison between all involved parties throughout the entire implementation process by following through on all incoming and outgoing implementation items using oral and written communication with internal and external customers.\nComplete an audit review (data analysis) for each new account and provide applicable reports and materials to Account Managers to review with account contacts.\nMonitor notice and binder production until audit premium is collected.\nRecommend program changes to implementation team if responses are not within guidelines.\nAcquisitions/Mergers: Collect information, complete necessary paperwork and audit system for correct set up before drafting the release plan for acquired loans.\nDevelop proposal materials for Real Estate and Flood.\nInitiate and process Real Estate and Flood claims through various carriers.\nAdditional Responsibilities:\nWill be required to provide information to managers, co-workers, and subordinates by telephone, in written form, e-mail, or in person\nCompile and publish Implementation statistical reports (Time to Implement, Quality of Service, etc.)\nAble to demonstrate a high level of service delivery, do what is necessary to ensure customer satisfaction, deal with service failures, and prioritize customer needs.\nEducation and Qualifications:\nMinimum of a college degree or three years work related experience, preferably in the insurance industry.\nPrior experience with New Account Implementation required\nIntermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office products or equivalent programs.\nMust have good communication and customer service skills, particularly by phone and written correspondence to deal with internal and external customers\nMust be organized and have strong attention for detail\nAbility to be flexible with hours and work overtime as necessary\nMathematics, typing and 10-key skills\nUS Work Authorization\nUS Work Authorization required.
