While the team is primarily based in London, it operates flexibly across remote and office locations and works closely with colleagues across the business, including teams in the US and other global offices. We travel as required, particularly for office visits and conferences (both internally and externally).\nWe are seeking a skilled Senior Actuarial Analyst / Actuary to join a growing actuarial group assisting the Specialty business. This is a broad and highly visible role offering ownership of actuarial analysis across a diverse portfolio of products. Working closely with senior team members, you will have a key role in quarterly reserving activities. You will also support pricing initiatives and wider business projects. The role offers significant exposure to a varied and evolving book of business, making it an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded actuary looking to broaden their technical expertise, influence decision-making, and accelerate their career development within a collaborative team environment.\nWhat you’ll be doing:\nProvide strong technical and operational support to the product team supporting the Specialty underwriting division.\nMaintain strong relations with the underwriting teams within the Specialty division, with key responsibilities in pricing and reserving activities.
