We’re always pushing each other to go further because we believe that when we realize our potential, we can help others reach theirs.\n\nJoin us and play your part in something special!\n\nThe Treasury Analyst is primarily responsible for providing management with reporting and analysis that is used for tactical and strategic decision making and cash flow forecasting as well as metrics to measure success against Finance and Company wide goals.Job Responsibilities\nUtilize available technology, including Power BI, to prepare and distribute cash management reports by collecting and summarizing account balances, known inflows and outflows, investment activity, and other relevant financial information; make recommendations for excess liquidity\nProduce cash flow forecasts to support investment management allocations\nMaintain bank connectivity and records to ensure data integrity/completeness of balance and transaction information for all accounts; Employ knowledge of SWIFT reporting and payments to include a general awareness of file formats and liaise with banks on implementing new SWIFT capabilities\nIncorporate systematic approach to monitor expenses and determine opportunities for fee reduction as a part of a disciplined approach to expense management\nAcquire and maintain knowledge of relevant technology and current treasury products and services in order to improve process efficiencies and/or minimize costs\nAggregate and maintain trust account reporting to include requirements and balances to ensure compliance with all Trust Agreements\nWork closely with other functional areas (i.e., claims, accounting, tax, human resources, disbursements) and business management to resolve issues and support achievement of business goals\nAssist in determining key performance indicators that help the team measure success towards departmental goals and operational excellence\nWork with portfolio managers, brokers, custodians, banks, and internal partners to facilitate the accurate and timely settlement of fixed-income, equity, and short-term investment transactions; investigate settlement exceptions, balance discrepancies, missing transactions, failed data feeds, and other operational issues.\nSupport debt-related activities, including the maintenance of interest-payment schedules and monitoring of upcoming payment and maturity dates.\nDrive continuous improvement by designing and implementing process efficiencies\nEducation\nBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent Business discipline\nSkills and Competencies\nStrong computer skills including a high degree of proficiency within Excel\nHigh degree of flexibility and responsiveness to change in a fast-paced environment.\nDetail-oriented with strong organizational skills.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\nAbility to work on multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.\nStrong research, analytical, and problem solving skills.\nDemonstrates enthusiasm, initiative and personal accountability and ownership when responding to challenging work and deadlines.\nExperience with Alteryx, Power BI and other data visualization tools preferred.\nExperience with Oracle Financial Cloud applications and Smartview preferred.\nExperience with AI tools, such as Microsoft Copilot and Claude, preferred.\nUS Work Authorization\nUS Work Authorization required. Individual offers are determined based on geographic location, experience, qualifications, internal equity, and other job-related factors.
