You'll help manage a large portfolio of commercial insurance renewals while ensuring excellent service is delivered to brokers and colleagues.\nThis role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and delivering consistently accurate work.\nYou'll support business written across a variety of platforms including Acturis, Websure and IDEAL, gaining exposure to a broad range of commercial risks and underwriting processes.\nWhat You'll Be Doing:\n· Providing technical and administrative support to the Renewal Connect underwriting team\n· Managing and processing commercial insurance renewals accurately and efficiently\n· Entering and maintaining information across multiple underwriting systems\n· Liaising with brokers by telephone and email regarding renewal information\n· Following up outstanding documentation and renewal requirements\n· Requesting and reviewing survey reports and managing associated actions\n· Managing workflow queues, diary items and post-renewal activities\n· Handling internal and external queries in a professional manner\n· Supporting wider underwriting and business improvement projects as required\n· Building positive relationships with colleagues, underwriters and brokers\nWhat We're Looking For:\nEssential\n· Previous experience within commercial insurance, underwriting support, broker operations, claims, insurance administration or financial services\n· Strong organisational and workload management skills\n· Excellent attention to detail and accuracy\n· Good communication skills, both written and verbal\n· Ability to prioritise competing demands and manage multiple tasks simultaneously\n· Strong Microsoft Office and general systems skills\n· A proactive and positive approach to teamwork\nHighly Desirable\n· Experience within underwriting or underwriting support\n· Acturis experience\n· Experience working within a renewals environment\n· Exposure to charity, social welfare or not-for-profit risks\n· Progress towards, or interest in studying for, CII qualifications\n· Experience using multiple insurance systems and platforms\nWhat Success Looks Like:\nThis is a high-volume environment where organisation and prioritisation are key.
