RESPONSIBILITIES
Analyzeanddevelopglobal market knowledgewithinCategories
IdentifyopportunitieswithinCategories
Lead and coordinate global/regionalsourcing activities.
Coordinate sourcing activities with DOVER
Activatesupplierintegration
Support supplierrationalization
Maintainand coordinate aneffectivelevelof activities withoursuppliers
Ensuresupplycapacityatsuppliers for theperiod12+months,throughinvestments plansatincumbent suppliers orfindingalternative sourceswithinCategories
Ensurethatagreements areestablished, andthatPrice Agreements areupdatedin business systemasrequiredwithinCategories
CoordinateCategoryactivities with andthroughSWEP Supply Chainorganization.
Participate in New Product Development and / or AdvancedCustomizingprojects.
Establish, follow up and actuponestablishedgoalsthatare setwithinthecurrentbusiness plan.
Contributetodevelopmentof thePurchasingprocess
Ensurethatcontinuousimprovementisanactivepart of the work
Establishand lead Crossfunctionalcommodity teams
EnsureBusiness system set up and updatewithinassignedCategories.
Master the global sourcingprocesses
Adhereanddeploythe global SWEP sourcing strategies
Deploythe Dover agreements
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
Education: University degree, Engineering oreconomicsorotherrelevanteducationincombinationwith 5years’experiencewithinStrategicPurchasing.
Language: Englishlanguagefluentlyinverbalandwrittenathirdlanguageisamerit.
Other: Drivinglicenserequired
