This collaborative environment delivers FRESH THINKING, reassuring our customers that they choose the best when they choose to work with the people of Dover Food Retail.\nManufacturing Production Painting work focuses on coating surfaces of manufactured parts, assemblies, and finished products with protective and/or decorative materials (e.g., paint, varnish, enamel, lacquer, or stain) including: Setting up and operating painting/coating equipment (e.g., spray machines, dippers, painting control systems, etc.). Cleaning, sanding, and/or masking surface to be painted. Selecting and mixing coating material. Monitoring painting system control panels and inspecting individual items to verify quality. A Support 1 is an entry-level position typically requiring little to no prior knowledge or experience. Responsibilities typically include: Work is routine or follows standard procedures.. Work is closely supervised..
