If you're looking for an international, multidisciplinary and collaborative environment that offers a world of opportunities, come join us at DII.\nThe Role: In this role you’ll be… responsible for managing the return, inspection, disposition, and processing of customer returns while ensuring inventory accuracy and customer satisfaction. This role works closely with warehouse operations, customer service, transportation and suppliers to ensure returned products are processed efficiently and in accordance with company policy.\nJob Responsibilities:\nCoordinate the receipt and processing of returned products.\nReview returned products to determine disposition (restock, repair, disposal, etc.).\nProcess returns authorizations (RMAs) and maintain accurate records.\nMonitor inventory adjustments and ensure system accuracy.\nCoordinate with transportation and warehouse teams to resolve return-related issues.\nEnsure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and regulatory systems.\nPrepare reports on return volumes, turnaround times, and KPI’s.\nSupport continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce costs.\nJob Requirements:\nHigh school diploma.\n2+ years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or supply chain.\nStrong organizational and problem-solving skills.\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel and WMS (SAP or ERP) software.\nExcellent communication and customer service skills.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nAbility to lift, push and pull up to 50lbs throughout the shift\nThe right candidate will be aligned to our values and culture:\nCollaborative entrepreneurial spirit \nWinning through customers \nHigh ethical standards, openness and trust \nExpectations for results \nRespect and value people \nIf you believe you match our values and have the experience we’re looking for, apply!
