All builds are currently done in Elementor.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nNew Site Builds & RebuildsBuild complete WordPress websites from scratch based on Figma mockups and design direction\n\nRebuild existing client sites, moving content, structure, and functionality onto a new design while keeping SEO value intact\n\nDevelop sites from our in-house templates, adapting layouts, branding, and content to each client\nElementor DevelopmentBuild page templates, global widgets, headers, footers, and reusable sections\n\nMake sure every build is fully responsive across desktop, tablet, and mobile\n\nKeep builds clean and consistent so they are easy to maintain after launch\nTechnical SEO & Launch ReadinessSet up 301 redirects, sitemaps, schema, and meta structure during rebuilds and launches\n\nCheck for broken links, crawl errors, and performance issues before go-live\n\nTest and verify all pages, forms, and functionality before handoff\nCollaboration & CommunicationReport progress and blockers clearly in Asana and Slack\n\nWork with SEO specialists and Account Managers to confirm requirements before and during builds\n\nAsk questions and propose solutions when requirements are unclear or incomplete\nRequired Qualifications\n\nWordPress Proficiency3+ years of hands-on experience with WordPress core, themes, and plugins\n\n3+ years of hands-on experience with Elementor, including building full sites, not just editing pages\n\nA portfolio showing websites you built from scratch\nDesign-to-Build SkillsAbility to turn Figma designs into accurate, responsive pages\n\nGood eye for spacing, typography, and visual consistency\nSelf-Management & CommunicationStrong English for task updates and questions\n\nOrganized, proactive, and able to work independently on remote, hourly engagements\nAttention to DetailMethodical testing and QA of every page before launch\nDevOps & Hosting Fundamentals\n\nSet up new WordPress sites on hosting environments (e.g., Kinsta, WP Engine)\n\nMigrate sites across hosts and between staging and live environments without downtime\n\nUnderstand and manage DNS settings, SSL certificates, and CDN configuration\n\nUse tools like phpMyAdmin, FastPanel, SSH, and FTP/sFTP\n\nNice to Have\n\nExperience using Claude or other AI tools in your development workflow\n\nLanguage Skills\n\nEnglish: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher\n\nRussian: good to have;
