Our portfolio includes successful projects with global and leading U.S. companies such as Lyft, SoFi, ResiBrands, Myomo, Elkay Interior Systems, and more.

We are a young and rapidly growing company that is continuously expanding. Due to a high influx of new projects, we are looking for a Targeted Advertising Expert (Facebook/Instagram) to strengthen our team and contribute to large-scale campaigns.

Responsibilities:

• Setting up and managing Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns across all formats.
• Identifying target audiences, demographics, and advanced targeting settings to ensure ads reach the most relevant users.
• Achieving and maintaining key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CPC, CPM, cost per qualified lead, sales, etc.
• Continuously monitoring campaign performance and making timely optimizations and adjustments.
• Developing and testing marketing hypotheses and creative strategies in collaboration with management.
• Providing recommendations for landing page improvements and marketing funnels.
• Managing 10 advertising accounts simultaneously.
• Compiling weekly performance reports with key metrics.

Candidate Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
• This is a full-time, exclusive position. Candidates must be fully dedicated to MarketKing during working hours and may not simultaneously work for other companies, agencies, freelance clients, or outside projects.
• Strong knowledge of Facebook/Instagram Ads, including Website Leads, Instant Forms, Messenger Leads, Lookalike Audiences, and Custom Audiences.
• Experience with conversion tracking setup, including Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API.
• Ability to identify marketing trends, develop marketing funnels, and suggest effective solutions.
• High level of self-organization - you always know what needs to be done to achieve goals and can independently handle assigned tasks.
• English proficiency at B2 or higher - all projects, campaign setups, and creative text development will be in English.
• Strong knowledge and experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT / Claude for creative brainstorming, research, and idea generation.

What We Offer:

• Salary: Up to $2,500/month, based on experience and the number of accounts managed.
• Work schedule: Monday to Friday, weekends off (Saturday & Sunday).
• Working hours: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM Chicago time (CST). Must be available during this entire period.
