We value people who are curious, take ownership of their work, collaborate openly and enjoy solving meaningful problems.\nAbout the Role\nWe’re looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to help build and maintain reliable, scalable and secure cloud infrastructure that supports our products and engineering teams.\nYou’ll work closely with Engineering, Security and other teams to improve our cloud platforms, deployment processes and production environments. You’ll have the opportunity to solve complex infrastructure challenges, improve platform reliability and help engineering teams deliver software safely and efficiently.\nThis is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys automation, cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes and continuous improvement, and who takes ownership of the systems they support\nWhat You’ll Do\nTake ownership of the reliability, availability, scalability and performance of critical systems and services.\nDesign, build and maintain cloud infrastructure and Kubernetes platforms.\nBuild and improve CI/CD pipelines to support safe, repeatable and efficient software delivery.\nAutomate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, deployment and operational workflows using tools such as Terraform, Docker and Kubernetes.\nReview cloud architectures and recommend improvements across reliability, scalability, maintainability and security.\nEstablish and improve DevOps practices across cloud infrastructure, Infrastructure as Code, release management and environment management.\nMonitor system health, troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis.\nImplement observability practices including logging, monitoring, alerting, dashboards and SLO/SLA tracking.\nSupport incident response, change management, deployment planning and production readiness reviews.\nWork closely with engineering teams to improve developer experience, deployment velocity, system resilience and operational efficiency.\nSupport vulnerability remediation and security hardening across cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, containers and CI/CD pipelines.\nCollaborate with Security, Compliance, vendors and external assessors on audits, reviews and technical assurance activities.\nMaintain clear documentation covering infrastructure architecture, operational procedures, runbooks and platform standards.\nRequirements\n5+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, Platform Engineering, Site Reliability Engineering or Infrastructure Engineering.\nStrong hands-on experience with cloud platforms.\nStrong experience with Kubernetes, Docker and cloud-native deployment patterns.\nHands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code, particularly Terraform.\nExperience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, Bitbucket Pipelines or similar.\nGood understanding of networking, DNS, load balancing, certificates, firewalls, private connectivity and cloud security groups.\nExperience operating production systems with high availability, monitoring, alerting, backup, disaster recovery and incident management practices.\nExperience with observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, Datadog, ELK or similar.\nGood understanding of cloud and Kubernetes security best practices.\nStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills across application, infrastructure, deployment and performance issues.\nAbility to communicate technical risks, trade-offs and recommendations clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nComfortable working independently while collaborating closely with engineering and cross-functional
