Reddit is one of the hottest social media names on the market, and you will be part of the rocket ship that created the “Reddit Effect”! Account Manager are responsible for working with existing advertisers and ensuring the success of those ad campaigns. They draw daily on both their skills in managing client relationships and utilizing the data provided to make strategic and thoughtful decisions. The right candidate will be instrumental in providing value both to Reddit and to the advertisers they support.\nLocation: Hybrid- Ogden, UT\nWhat Will You Do?\nLead a customer outreach process that will include calls and emails with the intent of building and managing external customer relationships with continued account support \nWork with existing customers to build brand awareness and increase their usage and advertising spend on Reddit \nUse client provided and self- guided training resources to stay up to date on knowledge of the product \nUse data to manage, review and report on pipeline to manager each week, which includes a forecast and plan to achieve targets \nAttain daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly targets \nRecord customer interactions and engagement in CRM \nBuild and manage both Internal MarketStar team and external client counterpart relationships \nPrepare and run regularly scheduled performance reviews monthly/quarterly/yearly with internal MarketStar peers and leadership \nUse data to drive planning and success \nInternally and externally provide customer sentiment insights including product feedback, key industry learnings, etc. \nWhat Will You Need to Succeed?\n1+ years of sales experience OR relevant experience in digital advertising, digital marketing, account management, or client-facing business development.
