Account Managers are responsible for working with existing customers, identifying opportunities to improve their experience and effectively upsell. They draw daily on both their skills in managing client relationships and utilizing the data provided to make strategic and thoughtful decisions.\nLocation: Utah Remote\nWhat will you do?\nLead a customer outreach process that will include calls and emails with the intent of building and managing external customer relationships with continued account support \nWork with existing customers to build brand awareness and increase their usage and spend \nUse client provided and self- guided training resources to stay up to date on knowledge of the product \nUse data to manage, review and report on pipeline to manager each week, which includes a forecast and plan to achieve targets \nAttain daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly targets \nRecord customer interactions and engagement in CRM \nBuild and manage both Internal MarketStar team and external client counterpart relationships \nPrepare and run regularly scheduled performance reviews monthly/quarterly/yearly with internal MarketStar peers and leadership \nUse data to drive planning and success \nInternally and externally provide customer sentiment insights including product feedback, key industry learnings, etc. \nOther applicable duties as assigned \nWhat Will You Need to Succeed?\nStrong time and project management organizational skills \nProficiency with using Microsoft Office and/or Google Suites \nDemonstrated ability to build relationships \nStrong written and verbal presentation skills \nExperience with setting and exceeding sales goals \nAble to multi-task, manage time effectively and adapt to change \nAble to analyze and interpret data to develop and implement strategic plans is preferred \nPrevious experience with account management or prior experience in sales or technology preferred \nWhat We Offer:\nIn our commitment to our “We Care” value, we believe in providing employees with valuable mental and physical well-being benefits including:\nStructured learning and career development programs \nMental health program \nGenerous Paid Time Off policy \nPaid medical leave \nChild/Dependent care reimbursement \nEducation reimbursement \n401k match, hardship loan program, access to financial wellness advisor \nComprehensive healthcare coverage including medical, dental, and vision \nCompensation Range: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00\nThe hourly pay for this position is $19.23.
