This role serves as the training point of contact for the assigned client program; ensuring that training delivery meets world-class standards and directly supports business growth. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in sales, facilitation skills, and a deep understanding of the sales process to foster a high-performing & development-focused training culture\nLocation: Ogden, UT - Hybrid AmCan\nWhat Will You Do?\nDrive learner readiness and accountability throughout onboarding by monitoring engagement, coaching performance, reinforcing expectations, and ensuring a successful transition from training to the production floor. \nExecute the certification strategy from readiness through completion, including mock calls, knowledge validation, performance calibration, and go-live recommendations in partnership with Team Leads and QA. \nBuild strong partnerships with Program Managers, Team Leads, QA, and client stakeholders to align training execution to business priorities, performance expectations, and evolving program needs. \nLead the mentorship experience post-training by driving structured skill application, coaching opportunities, shadowing, and feedback loops that reinforce learning and accelerate confidence in role. \nDesign, build, and continuously evolve impactful learning materials including facilitator guides, participant resources, knowledge checks, call frameworks, and scalable enablement assets that support learner success. \nMeasure training impact through learner performance data, certification outcomes, business metrics, and stakeholder feedback to evaluate effectiveness and inform strategic improvements. \nDeliver ongoing enablement that addresses performance gaps, reinforces key behaviors, and supports continued skill growth based on business trends, floor insights, and client priorities. \nIdentify learning opportunities through feedback, quality trends, and business performance data, then implement targeted improvements to strengthen training outcomes and increase effectiveness over time. \nExecute onboarding and enablement programs from kickoff through completion, ensuring learners, leaders, tools, and resources are prepared to deliver a high-quality training experience. \nLead training initiatives through effective planning and stewardship of program resources, materials, and budget allocations to enhance learner experience and team engagement. \nLead and deliver program-specific onboarding that equips new hires to ramp quickly and perform confidently. \nFacilitate training aligned to MarketStar and client expectations across product knowledge, sales methodology, roleplay progression, and certification readiness. \nWhat Will You Need to Succeed?\nProven experience in sales enablement, sales training, or related roles \nKnowledge of adult learning principles \nExperience in training facilitation and delivery \nExcellent communication & interpersonal skills \nStrong project management skills and a track record of meeting deadlines \nDemonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and develop learners \nExperience with content creation, sales processes \nPrior experience in a client-embedded or program-specific training role \nCommitment to staying current with industry trends & prioritizing professional development \nWhat We Offer:\nIn our commitment to our “We Care” value, we believe in providing employees with valuable mental and physical well-being benefits including:\nStructured learning and career development programs \nMental health program \nGenerous Paid Time Off policy \nPaid medical leave \nChild/Dependent care reimbursement \nEducation reimbursement \n401k match, hardship loan program, access to financial wellness advisor \nComprehensive healthcare coverage including medical, dental, and vision \nCompensation Range: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 USD\nThe salary range for this position is between $55,000.00 and $60,000.00 annually USD.
