This is a world-class brand in the team project and task management industry, with apps and integrations across the web and multiple operating systems. As an Inside Sales Representative (ISR) you will be responsible for the full cycle sales process bringing new customers to the Asana platform.\nLocation: Utah - Remote\nWhat will you do?\nUnderstand and execute the full sales cycle with an assigned book of business which could include new and/or dormant customers. \nUnderstand and execute the lead management process to include lead generation, scheduled meetings, account optimization, follow up and hand offs through continued support. \nUtilize and learn new technology to provide explanations and solutions to customers \nDaily tasks include outreach, introduction calls, presentations, and basic problem solving. \nAchieve monthly/quarterly assigned quotas by tracking progress and performance. \nEffectively communicate with customers and provide sales support to close deals. \nParticipate in regular 1:1’s with manager to review business and performance results. \nAdopt and master company sales processes to ensure consistent quota attainment. \nPrepare for engagement with customers through industry, company, and product research. \nAccurately maintain CRM data points to enable data driven strategic plans and to surface valuable customer insights. \nExhibit professionalism through continued learning, organization, and ensuring a positive customer experience. \nWhat You Will Need to Succeed:\nSuccessful track record in previous sales roles; B2B and/or direct sales experience preferred \nComputer literate and familiar with programs such as Microsoft Office, Google Tools, CRM’s; familiarity with Asana preferred \nDemonstrate verbal and written skills that effectively communicate with customers via phone, virtual, email, presentations, and product demonstrations. \nMotivated to learn to handle high pressure situations, objections, and concerns when working with customers. \nIndividual who consistently demonstrates confidence, ambition, adaptability, and resilience in tasks and engagements with others. \nAbility to execute proven processes and analyze data to make informed decisions, find creative solutions, and solve problems. \nAble to manage time in a structured and organized way to ensure deadlines are met and quotas are obtained. \nDemonstrated ability to build relationships and to work collaboratively with teams across the organization \nSales Degree / Sales Certifications are a bonus \nFamiliarity with reporting and sales analytics is preferred but not required \nWhat We Offer:\nIn our commitment to our “We Care” value, we believe in providing employees with valuable mental and physical well-being benefits including:\nStructured learning and career development programs \nMental health program \nGenerous Paid Time Off policy \nPaid medical leave \nChild/Dependent care reimbursement \nEducation reimbursement \n401k match, hardship loan program, access to financial wellness advisor \nComprehensive healthcare coverage including medical, dental, and vision \nMarketStar is firmly committed to Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) and to compliance with all federal, state, and local laws that prohibit employment discrimination.
