The role focuses on people analytics, hiring efficiency, and employer branding insights to enable data-driven HR.\nKey Responsibilities\nHR Coordination.\nCollect, validate, and analyse HR and recruitment data from ATS, HRMS, and CRM systems\nPrepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for HR Team\nTrack and analyse key HR metrics such as:\nWalk-ins vs. offers vs. joiners\nTime-to-hire & cost-per-hire\nAttrition trends (early & overall)\nRecruiter & source-wise productivity\nBuild dashboards to monitor hiring performance and manpower planning\nRecruitment Marketing & Employer Branding\nAnalyse performance of recruitment marketing channels:\nJob portals, social media, employee referrals, consultants, campus hiring\nSupport employer branding initiatives on digital platforms\nHR Operations & Stakeholder Support\nCoordinate with TA, HR Operations, and Business teams for data alignment\nCreate executive summaries, dashboards, and presentations for leadership reviews\nMaintain data accuracy, governance, and documentation standards\nSkills & Qualifications\nRecently completed MBA (HR/Marketing/Analytics), BBA, B.Com, Engineering, or Data Analytics\nStrong interest in HR Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Recruitment Marketing\nProficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets (Pivot Tables, Lookups, Charts)\nGood understanding of HR and recruitment metrics\nStrong analytical thinking and communication skills\nGood to Have\nExposure to Power BI / Tableau / Looker Studio\nBasic knowledge of SQL\nFamiliarity with ATS/HRMS tools (Naukri RMS, Zoho Recruit, Darwinbox, LeadSquared)\nPrior academic project or internship in HR analytics or marketing analytics\nExposure to people analytics and HR strategy\nDetail-oriented with strong numerical
