Tech/MCA.\nPreferred Certifications: Palo Alto PCCSE, CyberArk, Nutanix NCP, VMware VCP, and CCNP.\nMust have experience in servers, networks, firewalls, EDR, and virtualization systems (VMware, Nutanix).\nTechnical Experience Required: AWS (Amazon Web Services) and/or Microsoft Azure, VMware ESX/ESXi, Windows Server, Active Directory (AD), Kaseya, DNS and DHCP, Forcepoint/Websense, Kaspersky AV, Cisco networking, and SAN (Storage Area Network).\nCore Networking Tech: VoIP (Voice over IP), VPN (Virtual Private Network), TCP/IP, WAN/LAN/WLAN routing, and switching protocols.\n\nNetwork and Infrastructure Engineering: \nProficient understanding of IP networking: Cisco, TCP/IP, Windows Server, network security, and cloud servers that includes technical and functional understanding of network security, VoIP, WAN, LAN, and internet routing and switching protocols and wireless and VPN capabilities.\nDemonstrated data center/server room build-out experience (power, network, cooling, etc. ).\nExpertise in VMware ESX, SAN, monitoring tools, and operating systems (strong understanding of Windows).\nExperience in managing a VMware environment.\nExperience in managing cloud-based infrastructure like AWS/Azure.\nExpertise in Windows environments in domain/forest/DNS/DHCP.\n\nSystem Administration and Maintenance: \nInstall new / rebuild existing servers and configure hardware, peripherals, services, settings, directories, storage, etc. in accordance with standards and project/operational requirements.\nUse of system management tool Kaseya and development of new scripts in this tool for deployment of policies.\nApply OS patches and upgrades on a regular basis, and upgrade administrative tools and utilities. Configure / add new services as necessary.\nManage processes to create, change, and delete user accounts per request from HR.\nRepair and recover from hardware or software failures.
