Project & Portfolio Leadership\nOversee a portfolio of large-scale mechanical projects from preconstruction through closeout\nLead project planning, job start meetings, and execution strategies\nEnsure strong project setup, staffing, and mobilization\nConduct regular site visits to verify progress, quality, and risk mitigation\nDrive timely project closeout and post-job performance reviews\n2. Financial Performance & Accountability\nOwn revenue, cost, and gross profit performance across assigned projects\nMonitor forecasts, labor productivity, and cost trends\nLead corrective actions to protect or recover margin\nPartner with PMs and Division Manager to achieve business plan targets\n3. Team Leadership & Development\nLead, mentor, and develop PMs, APMs, and Project Engineers\nEnsure role clarity, accountability, and adherence to standards\nDrive performance management and career development plans\nSupport recruiting efforts, interview candidates, and help build bench strength\n4.
