Our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility serves as a centralized hub supporting five core trades: HVAC, mechanical piping, plumbing, electrical, and metal-stud framing. To support our continued growth, we will be relocating from our current combined 62,000 square feet of office and operational space to a new 340,000-square-foot headquarters at 2031 Optisolar Lane, with the move planned for completion by the end of Q3 2026.\nMission:\nLeading the Evolution of Construction\nVision: Exposing the World to a New Way to Build\nCore Values:\nTeamwork\nExcellence\nPerseverance\nIntegrity\nContinuous Improvement\nRequirements\nKey Responsibilities\nLead and manage all aspects of mechanical construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.\nOversee project teams including project managers, project engineers, coordinators, and field staff.\nDevelop and maintain project schedules using industry-standard software.\nPrepare and review project budgets, cost forecasts, and progress reports.\nCoordinate and communicate effectively with clients, general contractors, and internal teams.\nEnsure compliance with contract documents, drawings, and specifications.\nManage procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontractor services.\nIdentify and mitigate project risks and resolve conflicts proactively.\nDrive safety culture and ensure all work complies with Mark III’s safety standards.\nParticipate in preconstruction efforts including estimating, value engineering, and constructability reviews.\nSupport business development by maintaining relationships with key clients and industry partners.\nMentor and develop project management and field staff.\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).\nMinimum 8+ years of mechanical project management experience, preferably with a self-performing contractor.\nProven experience managing large commercial, industrial, or healthcare projects.\nStrong understanding of HVAC, piping, and plumbing systems.\nExcellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.\nProficiency with project management software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, etc.).\nDemonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.\nStrong financial and contract management skills.\nPhysical Requirements\nGeneral work environment - sitting for long periods, standing, walking, typing, carrying, pushing, bending.
