This position will be based in a shop environment and will frequently work alone in the office.\nTravel: 5-10% local\nDuties:\nSupport field crews with:Supply ordering and delivery\nParts ordering and delivery\nTool ordering and delivery\nSystems troubleshooting\n\nSupport mechanics with:Supply ordering\nParts ordering\nUniform management\n\nSupport the Fleet Manager with:Vendor research and setup\nEquipment maintenance scheduling and setup\nEquipment mobilization\nVehicle and equipment registration\nInventory ordering, counts, maintenance and reporting\n\nSupport HR and Safety with:New hire paperwork and onboarding\nSystems setup and training\nPeriodic trainings and testing\nPPE issuance\n\nAssist the business development department needed.\nDatabase support as needed.\nMaintain and contribute to a safe work environment by adhering to policies and procedures as outlined in the Markit! Safety Policies.\nOther duties as assigned.\nRequirements:\n21 years of age or older.\nExcellent organizational and motivational skills.\nOutstanding attention to detail.\nExceptional communication and interpersonal ability.\nHigh Proficiency in Microsoft, Google Suite, and Adobe Acrobat software.\nStrong customer service orientation.\nAdvanced knowledge of office machinery and cellular devices including computer, copier, tablet, and cell phone.\nTravel to project sites throughout the State of California and Nevada, other states as needed.\nPossess a valid driver’s license.
