This pipeline opportunity is intended to identify qualified candidates to support customer account management activities across the Service Level Agreement (SLA) lifecycle, including financial planning, execution, and oversight. Selected candidates will be considered for future openings aligned to mission and financial management priorities.\nResponsibilities\nAssist in the preparation of annual pricing and cost estimates.\n\nManage and maintain Service Level Agreements (SLAs) throughout their lifecycle, including creation, revisions, renewals, and closeout.\n\nServe as a primary liaison with customers to provide timely project cost proposals and ensure contractual compliance.\n\nSupport the development, tracking, and maintenance of project budgets; work with Government managers and project managers to provide updates and implement corrective actions as needed.\n\nPrepare and review monthly financial statements and accruals to ensure data accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.\n\nCoordinate with Government finance offices and internal teams to reconcile expenditures and address discrepancies.\n\nSupport procurement actions through cost analysis, vendor coordination, and documentation review.\n\nMaintain data integrity across financial and operational systems, ensuring information accuracy and consistency.\n\nDevelop and maintain program documentation such as concepts of operations (CONOPS), process flow diagrams, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and program plans.\n\nEnsure all documentation adheres to established governance and quality standards.\n\nTrack activity status, monitor performance metrics, identify issues, and develop contingency or corrective action plans to ensure successful program execution.\n\nQualifications\nActive TS/SCI w/ active Polygraph required\nBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field required.\n\n3-5 years of experience in financial management, program control, or customer account management (CAM), preferably within a government or contracting environment.\n\nProficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; experience with financial management systems or ERP tools (e.g., Costpoint, Unanet, SAP) is a plus.\n\nStrong analytical skills with the ability to prepare and interpret financial data and reports.\n\nFamiliarity with Service Level Agreements (SLAs), budgeting processes, and federal financial regulations.\n\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interface effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.\n\nStrong attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.\n\nDemonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to implement corrective actions proactively.\n\nAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.\n\nSalary Range\nUSD $150,000.00 - USD $170,000.00 /Yr.The Markon pay range for this position is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
