This role will provide technical and operational support for XKS, including user training, capability assessments, and identification of system improvements. The position will collaborate with analysts, engineers, and mission stakeholders to evaluate collection systems, processing capabilities, and operational requirements while supporting mission-critical intelligence activities.\nResponsibilities\nAnalyze and evaluate SIGINT collection systems, processing and exploitation capabilities, operational requirements, and supporting policies.\nProvide XKS user training and technical support, assisting analysts with system functionality, troubleshooting, and operational workflows.\nAssess existing system capabilities, identify operational gaps, and recommend improvements to enhance mission effectiveness.\nCollaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to develop briefings, reports, and presentations on system capabilities and requirements.\nReview collection operations, system architectures, and technical processes to identify opportunities for improved performance.\nSupport the analysis of customer requirements and translate operational needs into actionable recommendations.\nCoordinate with engineers, analysts, and mission personnel to address technical challenges and support system enhancements.\nTravel internationally to provide onsite training, operational support, and mission coordination as required.\nQualifications\nActive TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph completed within the last 5 years required.\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical discipline and 4+ years of relevant experience. A Master's degree may substitute for 2 years of experience, or 4 additional years of relevant experience may substitute for a bachelor's degree.\nExperience in one or more of the following areas: SIGINT collection, collection access, systems engineering, computer science, software reverse engineering, technical analysis, hardware or software engineering, intelligence analysis, or signals analysis.\nExperience supporting XKS users, training, or operational capabilities.\nAbility to evaluate technical capabilities, identify system gaps, and communicate recommendations to stakeholders.\nStrong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and presentation skills.\nWillingness and ability to travel OCONUS up to 20 trips annually.\nDesired Qualifications\nExperience supporting XKS in an operational Intelligence Community environment.\nFamiliarity with SIGINT collection architectures, processing systems, and exploitation workflows.\nExperience developing technical training materials, user guides, and mission briefings.\nExperience conducting capability assessments and documenting operational requirements.\nExperience collaborating with geographically dispersed technical and mission teams.\nSalary Range\nUSD $120,000.00 - USD $145,000.00 /Yr.The Markon pay range for this position is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
