This pipeline opportunity is intended to identify experienced professionals to provide Owner's Representative construction management services, supporting government Project Management Offices (PMOs) with project oversight, field inspections, stakeholder coordination, and status reporting across large campus environments. Selected candidates will be considered for future openings requiring expertise in construction management, contractor coordination, and integration of multiple government construction efforts to support mission-critical facilities.\nResponsibilities\nDevelop project management plans\nLead multi-disciplinary teams of architects and engineers from a variety of organizations\nReview designs submitted for changes to government facilities\nAssist with the management of project designs and/or construction efforts\nIntegrate and coordinate projects with field personnel\nConduct inspections to ensure conformance with design specifications and building codes\nProvide official weekly project status reports\nPrepare and distribute project communication with customers, management, integrated project teams, and stakeholders\nCollect requirements, prepare scopes of work, conduct market research, and develop sole source justifications, as needed\nReview and approve shop drawings and submittals\nConduct and approve punch-list items prior to property turn-over\nMaintain, track, and update contract change requests\nManage projects with top-down oversight throughout project lifecycle to ensure success as defined by adherence to standards of scope, budget, and timeline\nQualifications\nRequired:\nActive TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph\nBachelor’s degree and 3+ years of experience or 7+ years of expereince managing complex projects, in lieu of a degree\nProficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and Microsoft Project\nProficiency with developing project management plans, leading multi-discipline teams of architects and engineers from a variety of organizations, and monitoring/reporting project status\nHighly skilled in customer service and diverse stakeholder engagement\nCompetent in reading and understanding construction drawings/specifications and knowledgeable in standard construction industry practices\nDesired:\nCertified Construction Manager (CCM) or Project Manager Professional (PMP) certification\nExperience with new building construction\nSalary Range\nUSD $110,000.00 - USD $130,000.00 /Yr.The Markon pay range for this position is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
