The ideal candidate will play a critical role in documenting and shaping our client's IT enterprise architecture, ensuring alignment with the client's vision of driving interoperability across multiple organizations.\nResponsibilities\nDevelop an IT enterprise architecture that provides client stakeholders awareness of critical capabilities, dependencies, and mission critical impacts and risks. This includes developing the:\nEnterprise Architecture Baseline - discover and capture the state of the client's IT enterprise as it exists across multiple organizations throughout the enterprise.\nEnterprise Architecture Future State - work in alignment with the client's vision to capture the state of the client's IT enterprise.\nEnterprise Architecture Transition Plan - create the guidance and architecture artifacts to incrementally transition the client's enterprise architecture from the as-is state to the future state.\nWork closely with cross-functional teams, including content providers, content consumers, developers, engineers, and business analysts.\nFoster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.\nQualifications\nRequired:\nAn Active TS/SCI with a current Counter Intelligence Polygraph (Preferably from this client).\nBachelors of Science (in a technical domain) degree and 12 - 15 years of prior relevant experience OR:Masters of Science (in a technical domain) with 10 - 13 years of prior relevant experience. May possess a Doctorate in technical domain.\n\nProven experience as an Enterprise Architect, Systems Engineer, or similar role.\nStrong knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., UAF, TOGAF, Zachman, DoDAF).\nFamiliarity with Systems Modeling Language (SysML) or Unified Modeling Language (UML) and Model-Based Systems Engineering\nDesired:\nFive or more years of experience working with or in the Intelligence Community (IC).\nExperience with Model-Based Systems Engineering tools (e.g., MagicDraw, Rational Rhapsody, Cameo, Genesys, etc.).\nSalary Range\nUSD $160,000.00 - USD $180,000.00 /Yr.The Markon pay range for this position is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
