This position would directly impact the readiness and capabilities of this client's AI technologies as a blend of systems engineering and data science responsibilities.\nResponsibilities\nWork closely with governance, technology, and other technical and specialized teams while being able to integrate, organize, and communicate large volumes of data.\nAssess and validate the systems requirements and solutions, and its characterization across Sponsor organization.\nFinesse large amounts of data into manageable interfaces.\nCollaborate and communicate across multiple Sponsor organizations.\nProvide Operations and Maintenance (O&M) and content management support for Sponsor's internal risk management framework.\nDevelop data models, diagrams, flow charts, other system engineering related documentation to problem solve, identify improvements, create standards and facilitate cross-organizational collaboration.\nLeverage multiple data management tools such as link analysis to organize relevant information and make decisions.\nTranslate business requirements into technical solutions, develop evaluation CONOPS, coordinate customer and stakeholder meetings.\nAssess and validate risk management controls, questionnaire, and lexicon across Sponsor organization.\nIdentify technology opportunities and gaps in technical capabilities and process.\nClearly communicate verbally and in writing technical analysis in briefing and in report format.\nAssess risk, impact and developing contingencies to mitigat issues related to the Internet.\nQualifications\nRequired\nActive TS/SCI clearance with full scope polygraph.\nBachelor's degree in computer science, data science, or related technical fieldAdditional years of experience may be used in lieu of a degree\n\nMinimum of 10 years of relevant experience.\nDemonstrated experience analyzing structure and unstructured data and streamlining business process; making customized algorithms and data modeling.\nDemonstrated experience working with Docker, Kubernetes, and/or other Virtualization Software.\nDemonstrated experience with data visualization and link analysis.\nDemonstrated experience working with programming languages Java, Python, and JavaScript.\nDemonstrated experience with graph database technologies and cypher query language.\nDemonstrated experience with building tools for management of technical signatures.\nDemonstrated experience with cloud Infrastructure with in a high security environment.\nDemonstrated experience developing and implementing logical workflows for complex decision matrices.\nDemonstrated experience evaluating and developing strategies to solve complex system engineering challenges in cross-organizational environment.\nDesired\nMaster’s degree (or equivalent experience) in a field related to the position\n\n15+ years’ experience\n\n3 years’ experience in the Intelligence Community\n\nDemonstrated experience with Agile frameworks.\nDemonstrated experience with using Tableau.\nDemonstrated experience with the Sponsor regulations governing, or related to, the management of sub-compartmented dissemination programs.\nDemonstrated experience processing and integrating large amounts of information in an organized and comprehensible manner.\nDemonstrated experience identifying and validating requirements from user stories and engagement.\nSalary Range\nUSD $190,000.00 - USD $225,000.00 /Yr.The Markon pay range for this position is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
