This role will support facility operations with a focus on parking administration, customer service, data management, and coordination of facility-related activities. The position will serve as a key point of contact for parking and facility concerns while supporting special events, construction activities, seasonal operations, and other facility requirements.\nResponsibilities\nServe as a primary point of contact for parking and facility-related requests, resolving routine issues and coordinating escalated concerns.\nAdminister parking permits and related processes, including approvals, reconciliations, status tracking, and distribution.\nSupport parking representatives with system access, communications, and request-processing procedures.\nCoordinate with stakeholders to address parking policy violations and support space allocation and parking priorities.\nAnalyze parking and facility data and prepare reports, trends, and recommendations for customer leadership.\nSupport development and implementation of parking procedures, process improvements, and operational updates.\nProvide facility support for special events, construction activities, snow removal operations, and other service-related requirements.\nConduct routine facility checks, identify custodial or maintenance issues, and submit service requests for resolution.\nMaintain accurate parking and facility records, documentation, maps, and program materials.\nQualifications\nActive TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph required.\nBachelor’s degree in any field; a high school, vocational school, or trade school diploma with 5 additional years of relevant experience may be substituted for the degree requirement.\nExperience supporting facility operations, parking administration, customer service, or related business operations.\nStrong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple requests and administrative actions.\nExperience maintaining records, tracking operational data, reconciling information, and preparing reports.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.\nStrong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to coordinate effectively with facility personnel, customers, contractors, and other stakeholders.\nDesired Qualifications\nExperience supporting parking or permit administration within a large facility or campus environment.\nExperience supporting an Intelligence Community, federal government, or secure facility environment.\nExperience analyzing facility or operational data and developing management reports.\nFamiliarity with facility work orders, custodial services, construction support, special events, or snow removal operations.\nExperience developing procedures and implementing process improvements.\nSalary Range\nUSD $85,000.00 - USD $100,000.00 /Yr.The Markon pay range for this position is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
