This individual will assist the government with project management, scope of work development, and design reviews for the Facilities Project Management and Maintenance enterprises. The Facility/QA Manager will be responsible for assigned projects from project inception through physical and financial closeout.\nResponsibilities\nFacility Manager Responsibilities:\nPerform daily walkthroughs of the facility to locate and report deficiencies\nKeep the customer informed of the progress or delays in resolving their issue(s)\nOversee short-term and long-term construction projects within the customer site to ensure the completion of projects as per construction drawings and approved permits\nWork closely with the construction team to answer questions, review construction drawings, and provide guidance in regard to changes in schedule, work hours, workarounds, etc.\nOversee the long-term construction projects within the client site to ensure the safety of the construction crew, as well as the safety of the customer’s staff as they continue to work onsite during the construction projects\nParticipate in weekly meetings with the building owner staff to provide updates on the customer’s facility, to include status of projects, issues, concerns, and to recommend solutions when warranted\nReview contractor proposals and provide recommendations to the Contracting Officer's Representative\nReview and research customer proposals for space, equipment, and other needs as requested\nDevelop and/or review planning documents\nConduct building code compliance evaluations\nPerform peer review of plans, specification, and technical reports prepared by others\nDraft design concepts and detailed designs\nCoordinate with architectural, civil/structural, and electrical disciplines\nProvide support in project design, bid and construction phases\nCreate project schedules\nDevelop scopes of work\nProvide contract administration support\nPerform technical studies\nConduct feasibility studies\nLead the production of design and technical information\nWork and maintain agreed technical and design standards\nQualifications\nActive TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph required\nBachelor's degree and 6+ years of experience or 10+ years of expereince in lieu of a degree.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook) and Microsoft Project.\nHighly skilled in customer service and diverse stakeholder engagement.\nCFM, BOMI, IFMA, or certification preferred\nDemonstrated experience and ability to efficiently lead technical personnel\nProven leadership and team building skills\nStrong interpersonal, written, and oral communications skills required, including experience with technical writing\nExcellent decision-making skills\nSalary Range\nUSD $110,000.00 - USD $130,000.00 /Yr.The Markon pay range for this position is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
