The employee must also occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds or more\nPossess expert knowledge in how to deploy, install, and maintain servers, routers, switches, telecommunications systems, UPS systems, and desktop PC hardware in support of customer IT infrastructure and enterprise operations.\nResponsible for procedural input to the planning, preparation, and execution of large projects. Manage installation and team while at the field site.\nMust have the ability to complete complex assignments without direction.\nAble to troubleshoot difficult and complex problems while in the field to complete installation successfully.\nEnsures that systems are implemented on schedule.\nAdditional Field Engineer duties shall include but are not limited to the following:Evaluate sites for the installation of equipment\nInstall applicable equipment (with racks if needed)\nPerform onsite testing of equipment and coordinate with other engineers\nInstall and connect applicable cables\nCoordinate pick-up and delivery of equipment\nTroubleshoot network connectivity issues\n\nTravel:\nOCONUS Travel - Travel is required up to 50% and as needed, which includes hazardous areas.\nTravel requirements/amount and duration are subject to the needs of the Customer and may be more or less than what is listed.\nSalary Range\nUSD $130,000.00 - USD $180,000.00 /Yr.The Markon pay range for this position is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
