The Civil Engineers will provide engineering and project support for site and facility security initiatives and collaborate with multidisciplinary architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) teams, third-party contractors, and government stakeholders. The selected candidates will support the planning, design, review, and execution of construction and infrastructure projects aimed at improving site and building security for mission-critical facilities.\nResponsibilities\nCollaborate with architecture, engineering, and construction teams, third-party contractors, and government partners to support infrastructure and security improvement projects.\nUtilize drawings, specifications, photographs, and other documentation to assess and enhance site and building security.\nReview and provide technical feedback on analysis, design, and construction deliverables.\nCoordinate with program managers to develop and maintain program strategies, schedules, budgets, and planning documentation.\nDocument meetings, track project activities, and maintain records of program initiatives.\nEngage with internal and external stakeholders to support the planning and execution of design and construction projects.\nAssist in developing Scopes of Work (SOWs) and preparing contract packages for future acquisitions.\nDevelop, organize, and maintain project files and documentation.\nConduct research related to project requirements, including:\nPrepare summaries, reports, and presentations documenting research findings.\nSupport coordination with contractors, subcontractors, design teams, and government representatives on construction initiatives.\nQualifications\nActive Top Secret clearance required.\nBachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management.\n10 years of experience supporting program or project management activities in the construction or engineering industry.\nStrong organizational, communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to work independently, take ownership of responsibilities, and develop solutions to complex challenges.\nExperience reviewing and interpreting construction drawings, specifications, and contract documentation.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Project.\nExperience coordinating with contractors, design teams, and project stakeholders.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience supporting federal or government construction programs.\nFamiliarity with security-related infrastructure projects or protective design standards.\nExperience supporting large or complex construction programs involving multiple stakeholders.\nSalary Range\nUSD $135,000.00 - USD $150,000.00 /Yr.The Markon pay range for this position is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
