This role designs and administers surveys, analyzes quantitative and qualitative data, and develops visualizations and executive-level briefings to communicate findings to senior stakeholders. The position combines advanced data analytics, survey methodology, visualization, and intelligence analysis expertise to support assessments across IC elements, Combatant Commands, and other analytic organizations.\nResponsibilities\nDesign, test, administer, and manage surveys across multiple platforms, recommending appropriate tools and methodologies.\nProvide expertise on survey methodology, including neutrality, measurement accuracy, repeatability, respondent anonymity, accessibility, and tool selection.\nCollect, consolidate, and analyze quantitative and qualitative survey data to identify trends, patterns, and key findings.\nAnalyze free-text responses and leverage AI/LLM tools to supplement and validate human review of qualitative feedback.\nDevelop data visualizations and analytical products using Tableau, Microsoft Excel, IBM SPSS, and related tools.\nTroubleshoot technical and accessibility issues throughout survey development and administration.\nDevelop customized briefings and presentations incorporating aggregate and element-specific findings.\nPresent analytical findings and recommendations to senior management and key stakeholders.\nSupport assessments of intelligence products and analytic processes against applicable IC analytic standards.\nQualifications\nRequired:\nActive TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph required.\nBachelor's degree and 8+ years of relevant experience, or Master's degree and 6+ years of relevant experience.\nExperience designing, administering, and analyzing surveys using LimeSurvey or comparable platforms.\nStrong experience with data analysis, quantitative methodologies, and data visualization.\nProficiency with Microsoft Excel and experience with Tableau, IBM SPSS, or comparable analytical tools.\nExperience translating complex datasets into clear visualizations, findings, and executive-level presentations.\nExperience providing analysis or advisement related to intelligence products, analytic processes, or Intelligence Community missions.\nStrong analytical, written, verbal, and presentation skills.\nDesired:\nExperience evaluating intelligence products against IC analytic standards.\nExperience supporting IC elements, Combatant Commands, or other national security organizations.\nExperience analyzing qualitative data and free-text responses.\nExperience using AI/LLM tools to support qualitative analysis.\nAdvanced experience developing dashboards, visualizations, and senior-level analytic briefings.\nSalary Range\nUSD $160,000.00 - USD $175,000.00 /Yr.The Markon pay range for this position is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
