As part of a multidisciplinary team, the DNEA will develop a comprehensive understanding of mission projects and collaborate with technical and operational teams to analyze, develop, integrate, and refine end-to-end CONOPS and collection strategies using a variety of technical tools. This position will apply advanced digital network analysis and exploitation expertise to translate mission requirements into effective technical solutions.\nResponsibilities\nServe as a senior technical contributor within a multidisciplinary mission team supporting digital network exploitation activities.\nAnalyze digital network technologies, protocols, and associated technical environments in support of mission objectives.\nDevelop, integrate, and refine end-to-end CONOPS and collection strategies.\nUse analytic and exploitation tools to identify and assess information relevant to technical collection activities.\nTranslate operational and mission requirements into actionable technical approaches and solutions.\nAnalyze network protocols and identify potential technical vulnerabilities.\nProvide technical advice and guidance to mission partners, stakeholders, and other team members.\nApply knowledge of customer digital and network platforms and tools when developing technical approaches.\nCollaborate with Intelligence Community partners to coordinate technical capabilities and collection strategies.\nEvaluate technical challenges and recommend approaches that align available tools and capabilities with mission requirements.\nShare advanced technical knowledge and expertise across the team in support of mission execution.\nQualifications\nRequired:\nAn active TS/SCI with FSP (preferrably from this client) is required to be considered.\nBachelor’s degree related to the technical discipline and at least 11 years of proven experience analyzing digital network technologies; ORAssociate’s degree and at least 13 years of related experience; OR\nNo degree and at least 15 years of related experience.\n\nExperience using analytic and exploitation tools.\nDemonstrated ability to provide technical advice and translate mission or operational requirements into technical solutions.\nExperience analyzing network protocols and identifying vulnerabilities.\nPrevious and current experience with customer digital and network platforms and tools, including interaction with Intelligence Community partners.\nAbility to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary technical and operational teams.\nDesired:\nPrevious technical targeting experience.\nChinese language skills.\nCompletion within the last 3 years of commercially available network and/or cloud security training covering areas such as:Cloud concepts and architecture.\nCloud data security.\nCloud platform and infrastructure security.\nCloud application security.\nCloud security operations.\nLegal, risk, and compliance considerations.\n\nSalary Range\nUSD $150,000.00 - USD $180,000.00 /Yr.The Markon pay range for this position is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
