This pipeline opportunity is intended to identify qualified candidates to manage facilities-related projects, ensuring successful planning, execution, and delivery in support of mission and operational requirements. Selected candidates will be considered for future openings aligned to customer priorities.\nResponsibilities\nThis position is responsible for providing the project management expertise for the coordination, planning, and work prioritization of assigned projects ranging in value from $50K to $20M or more.\nAct as a liaison, reporting to and coordinating with U.S. government representatives at multiple levels\nOversee the Site O&M support contractor for resource allocation and document control\nEnsuring that the government receives valid cost proposals\nDeveloping and reporting metrics to support the paradigm of continuous improvement\nProject initiation, assisting in completion of and reviewing requirements documents to ensure that the customer requirements for power, space and cooling are met\nDemonstrated project management skills associated with managing performance, budget, schedules, and adhering to control gates\nExcellent interpersonal skills with proven ability to team with industry partners\nKnowledge of facility operations & maintenance activities and procedures\nAbility to manage multiple and competing resources\nDevelop and submit multiple project development documents used for planning and execution of the project\nPrepare and monitor project progress, schedules, and budgets\nProvide technical guidance and assistance on contracting and construction related issues\nPrepare and edit/update project status briefings and support leadership briefings\nSupport and occasionally provide site tours for distinguished and other identified visitors\nFacilitate project coordination between multiple government stakeholders\nQualifications\nActive TS/SCI with a CI poly\nAutoCAD experience\nBasic knowledge of the government organization and method of conducting business\nBachelor's degree in facilities related engineering or architectural field with 7+ years of relevant experience in IC, DOD or Commercial Sector in the last 12 years\nKnowledge of federal, state, and local building and safety codes\nAbility to travel local \nPreferred:\nPMP or equivalent project management certification\nExperience with MS Project or equivalent scheduling tool\nExperience with schedule analysis\nExperience with space planning and development of test fits\nKnowledge of systems furniture and standard office furnishings\nUnderstanding of ADA/ABA guidelines\nExperience creating Scopes of Work (SOW) for RFP/RFI/IFB packages to include Government Cost Estimates (GCE)\nKnowledge of AutoCAD, Archibus, and/or SAP\nSalary Range\nUSD $120,000.00 - USD $145,000.00 /Yr.The Markon pay range for this position is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
