This role will coordinate vendors, onsite support services, seasonal operations, and special projects across a complex facilities environment. The position requires a versatile problem-solver who can manage multiple service programs, resolve customer issues, coordinate logistics, and work closely with project managers, contractors, and Government stakeholders to ensure reliable day-to-day operations.\nResponsibilities\nCoordinate facilities services and vendor support, including food services, custodial services, parking, special events, security monitors, and other operational programs.\nServe as a primary point of contact for facilities-related customer requests, troubleshooting issues and coordinating timely resolution.\nSupport critical seasonal operations, including inclement weather and snow removal activities.\nProvide project management and logistical support for special projects, construction activities, events, and external facility requirements.\nCoordinate special event and conference support, including equipment delivery, specialized cleaning, security coverage, and other facility services.\nMonitor contractor and vendor performance, evaluate service quality, and provide feedback to Government stakeholders.\nAdminister parking activities, including permit assignments, parking applications, and coordination with component representatives.\nCoordinate domestic and international official travel, including clearances, accesses, certifications, appointments, briefings, and training requirements.\nSupport logistics and administrative functions, including invoice validation, documentation, scheduling, and executive calendar management.\nSupport classified customer-specific programs and complete required Sponsor training and authorization activities.\nQualifications\nActive TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph required.\nBachelor’s degree in any field; a high school, vocational school, or trade school diploma with 5 additional years of relevant experience may be substituted for the degree.\n8+ years of specialized experience managing services, facilities support, operations, logistics, or related programs.\nExperience coordinating vendors, contractors, and multiple facility or business support services.\nExperience managing customer requests, troubleshooting operational issues, and coordinating solutions across multiple stakeholders.\nStrong project coordination, logistics, organizational, and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and support time-sensitive or seasonal operational requirements.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated customer service experience.\nAbility to meet classified customer-specific program and training requirements.\nDesired Qualifications\nExperience supporting Intelligence Community, federal government, or other secure facilities.\nExperience coordinating facilities services, special events, construction support, or operational projects.\nExperience with vendor management and contractor performance oversight.\nExperience supporting inclement weather / snow removal operations or other continuity-related facility activities.\nExperience coordinating official domestic and international travel.\nFamiliarity with parking administration, custodial services, food services, and facility logistics.\nSalary Range\nUSD $120,000.00 - USD $130,000.00 /Yr.The Markon pay range for this position is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
