# Sustainment Program Manager

Description Markon is building a talent pool of Sustainment Program Managers to support future Intelligence Community missions. This pipeline opportunity is intended to identify experienced professionals to oversee the planning, prioritization, renovation, and sustainment of Defense Attaché Offices (DAOs) and diplomatic facilities worldwide. Selected candidates will be considered for future openings requiring expertise in overseas facility management, construction project coordination, strategic planning, and collaboration with government agencies to ensure projects meet mission requirements, security standards, schedules, and budgets. Responsibilities Manage DAO sustainment, renovation, and facility improvement projects from initiation through construction and financial closeout. Assess facility conditions, prioritize project requirements, and conduct international site visits to support planning and execution. Develop scopes of work, preliminary designs, project schedules, and cost estimates in coordination with government stakeholders.
