This role administers enterprise infrastructure, automates routine maintenance, resolves technical issues, and improves system availability across complex environments. This position sustains dependable technology platforms that enable efficient operations and support evolving mission requirements.\nResponsibilities\nAdminister and sustain Linux-based systems and AWS cloud environments.\nAutomate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, patching, and recurring operations.\nImplement DevOps practices that improve deployment speed, consistency, and reliability.\nMonitor system health, capacity, performance, security, and service availability.\nTroubleshoot complex infrastructure, cloud, network, and application integration issues.\nManage user access, permissions, certificates, secrets, and system configurations.\nSupport CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment workflows for mission applications.\nImplement system hardening, vulnerability remediation, and compliance requirements.\nDocument architectures, configurations, operating procedures, and recovery processes.\nCollaborate with engineering and security teams to modernize enterprise infrastructure.\nQualifications\nRequired Qualifications\nActive TS/SCI w/ Polygraph with this Customer. \nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical discipline and 10+ years of relevant experience.\nExperience administering Linux-based enterprise systems.\nExperience supporting AWS cloud environments and services.\nExperience applying DevOps practices to infrastructure deployment and sustainment.\nExperience with scripting, automation, configuration management, or infrastructure-as-code tools.\nExperience troubleshooting system, network, application, and cloud-service issues.\nDesired Qualifications\nAWS certification.\nExperience with Ansible, Terraform, CloudFormation, Docker, or Kubernetes.\nExperience with CI/CD platforms, centralized logging, and performance monitoring.\nSalary Range\nUSD $150,000.00 - USD $160,000.00 /Yr.The Markon pay range for this position is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
