This role leads the implementation of packet-based hardware and software solutions utilizing Commercial Off-the-Shelf (COTS) and Government Off-the-Shelf (GOTS) technologies while driving end-to-end systems integration across hardware, software, and network components. The position serves as a senior technical authority responsible for ensuring interoperability, operational performance, system reliability, and mission success across complex enterprise environments.\nResponsibilities\nLead the design, integration, testing, deployment, training, and sustainment of packet-based hardware and software systems\nSupport end-to-end systems integration across hardware, software, networking, and infrastructure components\nDevelop and implement system architectures, integration strategies, and technical solutions\nPerform requirements analysis, system design, engineering assessments, and technical evaluations\nConduct system testing, validation, troubleshooting, and operational readiness activities\nEnsure interoperability, performance, reliability, and maintainability of deployed systems\nDevelop and maintain engineering documentation, test plans, deployment procedures, and technical artifacts\nCollaborate with Government stakeholders, vendors, engineers, and operational teams to support mission objectives\nSupport technology refresh, modernization, and capability enhancement initiatives\nProvide technical guidance and support throughout the system lifecycle\nQualifications\nRequirements:\nActive TS/SCI w/ Polygraph with ths customer \nBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related technical field required\n14+ years of systems engineering, systems integration, or related technical experience\nExperience leading the design, integration, testing, deployment, training, and sustainment of packet-based systems\nExperience with COTS and GOTS hardware and software solutions\nStrong experience driving end-to-end systems integration across hardware, software, and network components\nExperience developing system architectures and integration strategies\nStrong understanding of networking technologies, systems engineering principles, and lifecycle processes\nExperience supporting enterprise, communications, or mission-critical technology environments\nStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\nAbility to work effectively in a dynamic, mission-focused environment supporting complex technical programs\nSalary Range\nUSD $150,000.00 - USD $170,000.00 /Yr.The Markon pay range for this position is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
